夏枯草降糖成分提取工艺的优化

摘    要:文章介绍夏枯草中降糖成分提取条件的优化研究,以熊果酸为指标物。采用乙醇加热回流法,检测方法采用紫外分光光度法,检测波长为206nm。用石油醚洗涤去除大部分杂质。选择乙醇浓度,料液比,提取温度,提取时间为考察因素。确定夏枯草中熊果酸最佳工艺条件为80%乙醇为溶剂,料液比1︰20,在80℃恒温下,水浴回流110min。该方法简单易行。

Abstract:The paper described ingredient falls the sugar of Prunella vulgaris Linn.optimized extraction conditions,used ursolic acid as index,extraction method of backflow extraction process used ethyl alcohol,detection method usied UV,detection wavelength was 206 nm.The sample was pretreated with petroleum ether to get rid of largely impurity.Ethyl alcohol concentration,liquid ratio,extraction temperature,extraction time were choosed as influence factors.Extraction of Ursolic acid optimum conditions:80 % ethyl alcohol as solvent,liquid ratio 1:20,at 80 ℃ constant temperature,the water returning 110 min.The method was simple and realizable.
