摘    要:本文通过对不带膨胀节的固定管板式换热器管板强度的理论分析和实例计算,说明了壳程圆筒和换热管的材料性质对换热管轴向应力的影响,并根据此提出了在对不带膨胀节的固定管板式换热器进行强度设计时关于壳程圆筒与换热管材料匹配的几点建议。

Abstract:In this paper, through the theoretical analysis and practical calculation for the strength of the tubesheet in fixed tubesheet exchangers without expansion joint, the key effects of the material properties of the cylindrical shell and the tubes to the axial stress of the tubes were concluded. Based on the analysis, several proposals for the match between the materials of the shell and the tubes were presented.
