造气炉吹风气余热回收装置的节能技术改造

摘    要:介绍了合成氨生产中造气炉吹风气余热回收装置的工艺流程、主要设备和技术特性;分析了吹风气余热回收装置在运行中出现的问题;提出了相应的技改设计方案;总结了改造后余热回收装置的生产运行结果。结果表明:吹风气余热回收装置年利润为1 175万元,投资回收期为6个月,且装置生产运行指标和环保效果均达标。

Abstract:Author has introduced the process flow, main equipment and technical features for waste heat recovery unit of gasifier air blow gas in synthetic ammonia production ; has analyzed the problems existing in running of waste heat recovery unit of air blow gas ; has presented the appropriate technical reformation design scheme ; has summarized the production running effect of waste heat recovery unit after reformation, the result indicates that the annual profit from waste heat recovery unit of air blow gas is 11.75 million Yuan RMB, the recovery period of investment is 6 months, moreover the production running index of the unit and the environment protection effect reach the standard requirements.
