SA213-TP347H钢背面免充氩焊接工艺研究

摘    要:以往SA213--TP347H奥氏体耐热不锈钢焊接时必须进行背面充氩保护以防止焊缝根部氧化烧损,现利用焊接渗透剂增加焊缝熔池渗透力和药皮焊丝自保护作用,采用小参数、小坡口背面免充氩保护手工钨极氩弧焊工艺对其焊接,并对焊接接头作了焊接工艺评定。试验结果表明,新工艺具有焊接工艺简单、焊缝根部无氧化、焊接质量可靠等优点,对简化奥氏体耐热不锈钢的焊接工艺具有重要价值。

Abstract:SA213-TP347H austenic heat-resisting stainless-steel must be protect on the back by filling argon from oxidizing burn.By making use of the welding permeating agent,the permeability at the welding seam and the self-protective power of welding rod with protective cover will be increased.Based on research,this paper introduces the welding technology of non-filling argon in the back of SA213-TP347H steel.The experimental results prove that the new technology is available.
