热轧带钢酸洗山水纹缺陷的形成机理

摘    要:分析了热轧带钢酸洗山水纹缺陷的形成机理,即粗轧时板坯表面新生成的或者残留的氧化铁皮在辊缝中开裂,在轧制力作用下,硬度比氧化铁皮低的基体金属被挤压入裂缝形成粗轧条纹。现场调查显示,精轧除鳞后粗轧条纹上残留大量黑色Fe3O4,这些残留的氧化铁皮颗粒在精轧时被压入带钢基体并与带钢同步纵向延展,导致酸洗后带钢表面相应区域与周边正常区域出现轻微的粗糙度差异和明显的色差,形成山水纹色差缺陷。

Abstract:The new or residual oxide scale on the surface of the slab is cracked in the roll gap during roughing rolling,and under the pressure of rolling,the steel is extruded into the cracks and form the roughing rolling fringes.Industrial production show that there is residual black Fe3O4 on the roughing rolling fringes after finishing descaling,then the residual oxide scale particles are pressed into the steel substrate during finishing rolling,and extended with the steel along the rolling direction,which lead the corresponding surface of the strip to the slight difference of surface roughness and apparent difference of color with normal area,so cause landscape defect.
