中板轧制过程翘头影响因素模拟分析

摘    要:针对中板轧制过程出现的翘头问题,分析研究了辊速差、辊径差、摩擦因数、轧件上下表面温差以及轧制线高度对翘头的影响规律,将出炉坯料上下表面温差控制在25 ℃以内,粗、精轧轧制线高度分别设置为-2 mm和+4~+6 mm,可有效地改善轧件翘头问题,提高生产效益。

Abstract:In view of the head warping problem during medium plate rolling process,the influences of the roll speed difference,the roll diameter difference,the friction coefficient,the temperature difference between the upper and lower surfaces of the rolled piece and the height of the rolling line on the head warping were analyzed.The temperature difference was controlled within 25 ℃,and the heights of the roughing and finishing rolling lines were set to -2 mm and +4~+6 mm respectively,which could effectively improve the head warping problem of the rolled piece and improve the production efficiency.
