不锈钢中厚板质量提升工艺研究

摘    要:针对不锈钢中厚板的边裂、表面裂纹,薄尺等缺陷,分析了缺陷产生的原因,即板坯加热不均,过烧及冷缩。为此,提出保证板坯加热均匀性,减少上下表面温差,相同牌号集中装炉,避免过烧等措施;同时,建立了冷缩量与终轧温度、钢板厚度的关系模型。经实践,消除了边部、表面裂纹,厚度满足了公差要求,最大化地减少了薄尺产品。

Abstract:The causes of defects,such as edge cracks,surface cracks and thiner gauge of stainless steel plate,were analyzed,which were slab heated unevenly,over heated and finishing plate cold shrinked.Therefore,some measures were put forward of ensuring the uniformity of slab heating,reducing the temperature difference between the upper and lower surfaces,and charging same grade steel in the same furnace to avoid over burning.At the same time,the relationship model between the cold shrinkage,the finish rolling temperature and the thickness of the plate was established.Through practice,the edge and surface cracks were eliminated,the thickness met the tolerance requirements,and the thiner gauge product was minimized.
