非硫磷有机钼化合物与其它润滑油添加剂的协同性能研究

摘    要:利用摩擦磨损试验、旋转氧弹试验、热油氧化试验和铜片腐蚀试验评价了非硫磷有机钼化合物(ME)、二丁基辛基二硫代磷酸锌(T202)和二异辛基二硫代磷酸锌(T203)、二烷基二硫代磷酸钼(MoDDP)、二烷基二硫代氨基甲酸钼(MoDTC)和p,p-二辛基二苯胺(DODPA)添加剂及其配方在150SN基础油中的抗磨减摩性能、抗氧化性能和腐蚀特性。结果表明:ME与抗磨剂T202或T203复配后具有良好的抗磨减摩协同性能,与抗氧剂DODPA复配后具有良好的抗氧协同性能;与铜片腐蚀性较强的MoDDP和MoDTC添加剂相比,ME还表现出一定的抗腐蚀性能;含ME的油样在氧化过程中,其抗磨减摩性能没有发生明显的变化,保持了良好的稳定性。

STUDY ON SYNERGISTIC PROPERTIES OF SULFUR- AND PHOSPHORUS-FREE ORGANIC MOLYBDENUM COMPOUNDS
Abstract:The antiwear, friction reducing, antioxidation and corrosive properties of additives and their formulation were evaluated by four ball test, rotary bomb oxidation test, hot oil oxidation test and copper corrosion test. The results show that ME exhibits better synergistic antiwear and friction reducing properties with T 202 and T 203,respectively and has good synergistic antioxidation properties with DODPA. During oxidative degradation, lubricants containing ME possess good durability of antiwear and friction reducing capabilities, and have not produced corrosive tendency towards copper, compared with MoDDP and MoDTC in copper corrosion test. Consequently, Sulfur- and phosphorus-free organic molybdenum compounds can provide novel technical route to reduce contents of sulfur and phosphorus in engine oils, and improve effectively lubrication of oils.
