摘    要:以350 km/h客运专线道岔研制为依托,分析介绍了60 kg/m钢轨41号高速单开道岔用高锰钢整铸翼轨的浇注、造型、冶炼等铸造工艺及机加工工艺设计,提出了工艺措施,并对各工艺实施后的效果进行了优化改进。研究结果表明:按照改进后的高锰钢整铸翼轨铸造工艺生产的铸件能够达到技术标准要求,机加工工艺能够保证整铸翼轨的质量要求。

Abstract:Based on the research and development of turnout of 350 km/h passenger high-speed rail line, the casting process and machining process design of high manganese steel integral cast wing rail for no. 41 high speed single opening turnout of 60 kg/m rail were analyzed and introduced, the process measures were put forward and the effect of each process was optimized and improved. The results show that the castings produced in accordance with the improved casting process can meet the requirements of technical standards, and the machining process can ensure the quality requirements of the whole casting wing rail.
