摘 要: | 采用浸渍法制备了不同Pt含量的Pt/SBA-15催化剂,采用X射线衍射(XRD)、X射线荧光光谱(XRF)、N2吸附-脱附和透射电镜(TEM)等方法对催化剂样品进行表征,并以正庚烷为模型化合物,考察了Pt/SBA-15与传统重整催化剂PR-D机械混合复合催化剂对重整反应的催化性能。结果表明,与单独使用PR-D催化剂相比,采用Pt/SBA-15与PR-D以质量比1:9机械混合的复合催化剂时,正庚烷转化率基本相当,气体产率有所降低,液体收率有所升高。采用1.0%Pt/SBA-15与PR-D以质量比1:9机械混合的复合催化剂时,芳烃产率较单独使用PR-D时增加3.2百分点。

STUDY ON APPLICATION OF PT/SBA-15 IN CATALYTIC REFORMING REACTION OF N-HEPTANE |

Abstract: | Pt/SBA-15 catalysts with different Pt loading were prepared by wet incipient impregnation method and characterized by means of X-ray diffraction (XRD), X-ray fluorescence spectroscopy (XRF), N2 adsorption-desorption and TEM. The performance of Pt/SBA-15 and mixtures ofPt/SBA-15 and PR-D in catalytic reforming reaction of n-heptane was investigated. It is found that the mixture of Pt/SBA-15 and PR-D (1:9) show almost same n-heptane conversion, lower gas yield and higher liquid yield than when they are used alone. On 1.0%Pt/SBA-15 and PR-D mixture (1:9), the aromatics yield is increased by 3.2% than PR-D alone. |
