摘    要:2130煤矿4号煤层为突出煤层,工作面采掘接替严重紧张,为实现4号煤层工作面24223运输巷快速掘进,决定在24223运输巷开展底板定向长钻孔预抽煤巷条带瓦斯试验。此次试验共设计施工了4个定向长钻孔,通过现场试验数据分析,4号煤层24223运输巷平均瓦斯含量由11.14 m3/t降为5.73 m3/t,降低了48.6%,同时大大缩短了工期,减少了施工安全风险,节约成本82.8%。试验结果表明,“以孔代巷”技术能够实现煤巷条带瓦斯的快速、有效治理,且性价比较高。

Abstract:The No.4 coal seam of 2130 coal mine is a coal seam with outburst danger,and the mining face is seriously strained.In order to realize the rapid excavation of transport roadway in No.4 coal seam on working face,it was decided to carry out the directional long borehole pre-drainage strip gas in coal roadway in floor of No.4 coal seam on working face.In this test,a total of 4 directional long boreholes were designed and constructed.According to the field test data analysis,the average gas content of No.4 coal seam decreased from 11.14 m3/t to 5.73 m3/t,which was reduced by 48.6%,and the construction period was greatly shortened,and construction safety risks were also reduced,the cost was reduced by 82.8%.The test showed that the technology of "long-hole instead of roadway" can realize the rapid and effective control of coal roadway gas,and the cost performance is high.
