富油微藻的选育及规模化培养研究进展

摘    要:随着化石能源的逐年消耗,以可再生资源生产能源物质成为解决能源问题的重要途径之一,其中产油微藻制备生物柴油成为生物质能源领域的研究热点。介绍了微藻生物柴油的国内外发展概况以及其规模化培育过程中藻种的选育情况,探讨了藻种规模化培育过程中的关键技术环节以及存在的主要问题,并对微藻生物柴油的发展趋势和面临的挑战进行了评述。

Abstract:Diminishing supplies of fossil energy, the production of energy sources from renewable materials became one of the important ways to solve the energy issues. Among of them, the production of biodiesel by oil-producing microalgae had regained much attention in the field of biomass energy. The development process of microalgae biodiesel at home and abroad and the breeding conditions of algae species in large-scale cultivation were introduced. Furthermore, the key technologies and the main problems in large-scale cultivation of algae species were investigated. The development trend and challenges were also reviewed.
