摘    要:针对轧制45钢、50钢等钢种过程中咬入困难、带钢发生跑偏、出现轧漏、不能提速而影响生产效率等问题,分析了其原因,通过轧制策略、张力偏差、板形预设定参数、轧机自学习功能的优化,实现了45钢、50钢的稳定轧制,减少了轧制过程中1#机架带钢跑偏的概率,轧制速度提高至500 m/min。

Abstract:For the problems of biting difficult,running deviated of strip,rolling broken and unable increasing rolling speed which affects the production efficiency during rolling 45 steel and 50 steel,the reasons were analyzed.Therefore,the rolling strategy,the tension deviation,the pre set parameters of the strip shape and the self learning function of the rolling mill were optimized.The stable rolling of 45 steel and 50 steel were realized,the probability of strip running deviation in the 1# stand was reduced,and the rolling speed was increased to 500 m/min.
