高速冷连轧过程中乳化液流量的优化控制

摘    要:针对冷连轧机组有时出现轧制力随着轧制速度的增加而增加,即轧制力与轧制速度关系的“反常”现象,分析了其产生原因,建立了前滑值、打滑因子、板形值与乳化液流量与轧制速度关系模型,形成一套适用于冷连轧机组乳化液流量和轧制速度的综合优化控制技术。采用该技术,在保证产品板形良好的前提下,可以有效控制前滑、防治打滑和避免“反常”现象的出现。

Abstract:For the cold continuous rolling mill,the rolling force increases with the increase of rolling speed,that is,the "abnormal" phenomenon of rolling force and rolling speed.The cause of the phenomenon was analyzed,and the models between front slip,slip,flatness and emulsion flow and rolling speed were established.A comprehensive optimization control technology suitable for the emulsion flow rate and rolling speed of the cold continuous rolling mill was formed.Using this technology,under the premise of ensuring good product shape,it can effectively control the strip front slip,prevent strip slippage and avoid the occurrence of "abnormal" phenomenon.
