煤矿“三软”巷道围岩破坏形式及支护措施

摘    要:煤矿“三软”围岩巷道的支护一直制约着煤矿的高效生产。根据现场“三软”围岩巷道的主要破坏类型,理论分析其破坏原因,采用数值模拟分别模拟主动支护、被动支护和主被动协同支护下的巷道破坏变形情况,通过对模拟结果进行有效分析,得出:无论是主动支护还是被动支护,单一的支护形式无法满足现场的实际需求,而在主被动协同支护中,巷道的整体位移和塑性区的范围明显减小,同时较充分地发挥锚杆及U型钢的支护作用,能够取得较好的支护效果。

Abstract:The support of "Three Soft" surrounding rock roadway in coal mine has been restricting the efficient production of coal mine,according to the main failure types of the "Three Soft" surrounding rock roadways in the field,the failure causes were analyzed theoretically,the failure and deformation of roadways under active supporting,passive supporting and active-passive supporting were simulated by numerical simulation respectively.Through effective analysis of the simulation results,it was concluded that whether active supporting or passive supporting,a single supporting form can not meet the actual needs of the site,in the active and passive supporting,the overall displacement and plastic zone of the roadway are obviously reduced,and the supporting effect of bolt and U-shaped steel can be fully exerted,which can achieve better supporting effect.
