摘    要:针对不具备保护层开采条件的煤层,钻孔预抽煤层瓦斯是防治煤与瓦斯突出最有效的措施之一。钻孔有效影响半径是进行抽采方法选择、确定钻孔布置参数以及评价抽采效果的重要依据,钻孔间距过大,抽采范围内容易形成抽采盲区,达不到消突的目的;钻孔间距过小,虽然一定程度上提高抽采率、增大抽采量,但增加了不必要的钻孔布置工程量,容易造成人力和物力的浪费。因此合理有效地施工抽采钻孔对突出煤层进行消突,已成为保安全、促生产过程中不可缺少的重要环节。为避免钻孔设计及施工的盲目性,提高抽采钻孔的利用率及施工速度,对抽采有效影响半径的测试和确定已成为当前的首要工作。

Abstract:For coal seams without protective seam mining conditions,pre-drainage of coal seam gas by drilling was one of the most effective measures to prevent coal and gas outburst.Effective influence radius of borehole was an important basis for selection of extraction method,determination of borehole layout parameters and evaluation of extraction effect.Over-large borehole spacing made it easy to form blind area of extraction within the extraction scope,which can not achieve the purpose of eliminating outburst.Over-small borehole spacing increases unnecessary borehole layout volume,although it improved extraction rate and enlarges extraction volume to a certain extent,easy to waste of manpower and material resources.Therefore,reasonable and effective construction of extraction boreholes to eliminate outburst of outburst coal seam has become an indispensable important link in ensuring safety and promoting production process.In order to avoid the blindness of drilling design and construction and improve the utilization rate and construction speed of drilling hole,the testing and determination of effective influencing radius of extraction had become the primary work at present.
