突出煤层掘进工作面硫化氢综合治理技术

摘    要:随着煤层开采深度的增加,煤层地质条件愈趋复杂,煤层掘进时硫化氢大量涌出,严重威胁井下工作人员的身体健康。阜康一矿11A221回风巷突出煤层掘进期间,在钻孔预抽消突后,残留的硫化氢气体掘进时大量涌出,导致工作面回风流中硫化氢浓度最高达73×10-6,平均为55×10-6,超出《煤矿安全规程》规定的6.6×10-6。研究发现,单一增大风量至风速极限,硫化氢浓度仍不能降低至规定容许范围内。因此,采用增大风量和压注碳酸钠溶液综合治理硫化氢。对巷道轮廓线外2 m、工作面前方42~53 m的煤体压注浓度为5.73%的碳酸钠溶液,从源头降低煤体中硫化氢含量,并将工作面风量由530 m3/min提高至940 m3/min,提高稀释硫化氢能力。掘进期间工作面及回风流中的硫化氢浓度控制在5×10-6和3×10-6左右,低于安全允许值,有效保障了工作面安全生产。研究可为类似条件矿井硫化氢治理提供经验。

Abstract:The condition of coal seam geology is very complicated with the increased depth of coal seam mining,hydrogen sulfide emission results injuries and deaths,which affects the safety of coalmine mining seriously.After pre-pumping,a large amount of hydrogen sulfide in the coal seam gushed out during the excavation of 11A221 return air way heading face in No.1 coal mine Fukang,resulting in a maximum hydrogen sulfide concentration of 73×10-6,an average of 55×10-6,which greatly exceeds the Specified value(6.6×10-6) of the coal mine safety regulations.The study found that the concentration of hydrogen sulfide can not be reduced to the prescribed allowable range after a single increase in air quantity,therefore,hydrogen sulfide can be controlled by increasing the wind volume and injecting sodium carbonate solution.In order to reduce the hydrogen sulfide content in the coal seam,concentration of 5.73% sodium carbonate solution is injected into the area of 2 m outside the outline of the roadway and 42~53 m in front of the working face,and the air quantity of the working surface is increased from 530 m3/min to 940 m3/min to increase the dilution hydrogen sulfide capacity.During the excavation,the concentration of hydrogen sulfide in the working face and return air way is controlled at about 5×10-6 and 3×10-6,which is lower than the specified value,effectively guaranteeing the safe construction of the working face.The results can provide experience for the management of hydrogen sulfide in similar conditions.
