煤矿塔式主井提升钢丝绳更换施工安全质量技术研究

摘    要:为了确保煤矿塔式主井提升钢丝绳能够进行安全的更换,研究了钢丝绳更换施工安全技术,分析了施工技术方案,主要包括施工方案、施工组织形式、施工工艺流程、施工进度计划。研究了施工步骤,主要步骤为:新绳穿绕→分绳、提箕斗→2号箕斗临时绳头制作→新绳下放→1号箕斗永久绳头制作→通卡拆除及旧绳回收→2号箕斗永久绳头制作→施工收尾→参数校核,最后介绍了施工质量技术措施,该技术达到了主井提升钢丝绳安全更换的目的。

Abstract:In order to ensure the safe replacement of the main shaft lifting wire rope of the coal mine,this paper studies the safety technology of wire rope replacement construction and analyzes the construction technical plan,including the construction plan,construction organization form,construction process flow and construction progress plan.The construction steps are studied and the main steps are:new rope winding → branching rope,lifting bucket →production of temporary rope head for skip No.2 → new rope laying → making of No.1 skip permanent rope head → pass card removal and old rope recycling → making of No.2 skip permanent rope head→ construction finishing → parameter check,finally introduced the construction quality technical measures,the technology has achieved the purpose of safe replacement of the main shaft lifting wire rope.
