采空区挡水墙施工技术研究

摘    要:老空水是煤矿水害类型中最普遍的一类,许多矿井关闭后的老空水对其相邻矿井的安全生产造成很大威胁。以禹州枣园煤业有限公司22071综采工作面受邻近白庙煤矿老空水威胁为例,在白庙煤矿停产关闭后,该矿矿井水位上升,其老空水通过22071综采工作面切眼下部采空区涌入枣园煤业22071工作面,威胁22071综采工作面生产安全。矿井针对白庙矿老空水特点,通过在22071综采工作面切眼以里22071运输巷里段构筑挡水墙,在挡水墙上设置放水孔,安全疏放白庙矿采空区老空水,挡水墙采用“料石+混凝土浇筑+帷幕注浆”进行施工。实践表明,该施工方案效果良好。

Abstract:Goaf water is one of the most common types of mine water hazards.Many mine closed goaf water posed a great threat to the safe production of adjacent mines.Taking Yuzhou Zaoyuan Coal Industry Co.,Ltd.22071 fully-mechanized face as an example,the mine water level rised after the shutdown of Baimiao Coal Mine,and its old empty water poured into Zaoyuan Coal Industry 22071 face through the goaf below the cut of 22071 fully-mechanized face,threatening the safety of production of 22071 fully-mechanized face.In view of the characteristics of the old empty water in Baimiao Mine,the mine constructed a water retaining wall in the section of 22071 transport roadway in the cut hole of 22071 fully-mechanized mining face,to set up a water releasing hole on the water retaining wall,and safely dredged the old empty water in the goaf of Baimiao Coal Mine.The water retaining wall was constructed by "material stone + concrete pouring + curtain grouting".Practice showed that the construction scheme achieved good effect.
