改性硅藻土处理餐饮废水的效果研究

摘    要:餐饮废水成分复杂、排放量大,如果未经处理就排放会危害环境和人类健康。为了降低餐饮废水的危害,将天然硅藻土进行改性,将制得的改性硅藻土辅以微波方法处理餐饮废水。结果表明,在接受微波辅助之前,总磷去除最好条件:投加量为0.70 g,pH值为未调节时最好,去除率为97.57%,此时总磷浓度为0.09 mg/L;COD去除最佳条件为:投加量为0.70 g,pH值为未经调节的状态效果最好,COD去除率为22.48%,浓度为1 012.70 mg/L。在最适投加量和pH值且接受微波辅助之后,总磷去除最好条件为:投加量为0.70 g,pH值为7.04,微波消解功率为550 W,消解时间为5 min,COD去除率为88.54%,总磷去除率为92.09%。

Abstract:Food and beverage wastewater are complicated,emissions,if discharged without any treatment will be harmful to the environment and human health.This paper advanced natural diatomite modified,the modified diatomite wastewater treatment system,and to the treatment of restaurant wastewater with microwave assisted.The experimental results showed that before receiving microwave assisted,total phosphorus removal the best conditions:the dosage of 0.70 g,pH was not the best adjustment,and removal rate was 97.57%,and the concentration of 0.09 mg/L COD removal;the best conditions:dosage of 0.7 g,pH without state regulation of the best effect,and the removal of COD the rate was 22.48%,and the concentration of 1 012.70 mg/L.After the optimal dosage and pH and received microwave assisted,the best conditions for total phosphorus removal:dosage of 0.70 g,and the pH value was 7.04,and microwave power was 550 W,and the digestion time was 5 min,and the removal rate of COD was 88.54%,and the phosphorus removal rate was 92.09%.
