摘    要:针对传统的综采工作面收尾工艺存在着消耗塑编网大、联网工作量大、工人劳动强度大、易发生煤壁片帮伤人事故、塑编网强度低等问题,研究了极破碎顶板综采工作面安全高效收尾工艺,分析了现阶段我国综采工作面传统收尾工艺及缺点,确定了综采工作面收尾关键因素(合理的终采线、合理的支护方案、合理的回撤通道高度与宽度),以新桥煤矿2108综采工作面为例,研究出了一套以柔性网进行顶板支护为基础的收尾工艺。该工艺节省了人力和物力,提升了工作效率,具有安全、快速、高效的特点。

Abstract:In view of the traditional finishing process of fully-mechanized mining face,there are problems such as consumption of plastic mesh,large amount of network work,high labor intensity,prone to coal wall piece injury,low strength of plastic mesh,etc.The safe and efficient finishing process of the fully-mechanized mining face of the roof,the traditional finishing process and shortcomings of the fully-mechanized mining face in China are analyzed,and the key factors for the completion of the fully-mechanized mining face are determined(reasonable stop line,reasonable support plan,reasonable return).Taking the height and width of the channel,taking the 2108 fully-mechanized mining face of Xinqiao Coal Mine as an example,a set of finishing process based on the flexible net for roof support was studied.The process saves manpower and material resources,improves work efficiency,and has the characteristics of safety,speed and efficiency.
