| 摘 要： | 为有效解决传统教育培训实效性差、地域限制、资源分散、工学矛盾等不足,华电煤业积极响应“互联网+培训”战略,在公司教育培训中应用了远教网在线学习综合平台,在实践过程中加强管理,强化过程控制,收效甚好。并对平台的进一步开发进行了思考,致力于让公司的远程教育培训,为公司内涵式、质量效益型发展提供强大人才支撑。

| Abstract: | In order to effectively solve the shortcomings of the traditional education & training,such as poor effectiveness,geographical constraints,resource dispersion,and contradictions between work and studying,Huadian Coal Industry Group is responding to internet + train strategy positively,network platform of distance education is applied in education & training,by strengthening management and process control in practice,the effect is good.The further development of the platform is also discussed:the deeper application can provides great talent support for company connotative and quality-benefit development. |
