鹤煤公司重大事故隐患排查治理规定实践与应用

鹤煤公司安监局为推动落实企业安全生产主体责任，提升企业安全管理水平，从隐患排查治理入手，借鉴河南煤监局执法监察方式，完善隐患排查治理方法，积极探索创新，依靠科学正确的管理手段，努力提高矿井对隐患的控制能力，减少各类事故发生。特制定《河南能源鹤煤公司重大事故隐患排查治理规定》并实施，该规定是在原有制度基础上，对排查方案制定、隐患排查记录填写、隐患处理决定书格式等制定了实施模板，并对重大隐患具体内容进行了进一步细化。该规定在鹤煤公司得到了应用，有效提高了隐患的控制，为企业安全生产做出了重要贡献。
