煤矿采空区瓦斯治理技术研究

摘    要:为了解决采空区瓦斯积聚问题,分析了瓦斯尾巷、瓦斯抽放管和瓦斯高抽巷3种方法,将理论分析和数值模拟相结合,研究不同瓦斯抽放情况下采空区内瓦斯分布情况和风流运移规律。研究得出:采空区漏风位置主要集中在进风巷附近,在瓦斯抽放设计时,需要在进风巷侧设置挡风墙;当进行采取瓦斯尾巷、瓦斯抽放管和瓦斯高抽巷抽放瓦斯时,抽放口越靠近采空区,造成采空区的漏风量以及漏风速度越大,致使采空区遗煤发生氧化的范围越大,增大了采空区自然发火的危险性,因此需要注意进风侧以及瓦斯抽放口位置处自然发火的危险。研究对降低上隅角瓦斯浓度以及采空区自然发火灾害提供了借鉴。

Abstract:In order to solve the problem of gas accumulation in the goaf,three methods of gas tail roadway,gas drainage pipe and gas high-level drainage roadway were analyzed.The comprehensive method combining theoretical analysis and numerical simulation was used to study the different gas drainage conditions,gas distribution in the goaf and the law of airflow movement.It was concluded that the air leakage position in the goaf is mainly concentrated near the air inlet roadway.Therefore,when designing the gas drainage,it is necessary to install a windshield wall on the side of the air inlet roadway;when taking the methods of gas tail roadway,gas drainage pipe and gas high-level drainage roadway,the closer the pumping port is to the goaf,the larger the air leakage and the air leakage speed in the goaf,the larger the range of oxidation of residual coal in goaf,the greater the risk of spontaneous combustion in goaf,so it is necessary to pay attention to the danger of spontaneous combustion at the inlet side and the position of the gas outlet.The study provides reference for reducing the gas concentration in the upper corner and the natural disaster in the goaf.
