三软煤巷掘进工作面应力集中数值模拟分析

摘    要:针对三软煤层特殊地质条件下煤巷掘进工作面前方应力分布规律不清的问题,利用COMSOL软件对三软煤层煤巷掘进工作面建模,选取相似参数,研究巷道周围应力集中宽度。分别开挖5,10,15 m的距离,观察应力云图和应力变化曲线,同时分析工作面前方煤体Y方向应力图及沿路径Y方向应力变化曲线,得出掘进工作面前方卸压区范围为0~2 m,应力集中范围为2~20 m,峰值距工作面4~6 m;巷道两侧卸压区范围为0~2 m,应力集中范围为2~16 m,峰值距工作面4~5 m的结论。通过煤巷掘进工作面应力集中范围数值模拟分析得出的结论,能够为巷道两帮顺层钻孔封孔长度及锚杆支护的深度提供理论依据。

Abstract:In view of the problem that the stress distribution in front of the coal roadway in the Three Soft coal seam under the special geological conditions is not clear,the COMSOL software is used to model the heading face of the coal roadway of Three Soft coal seam,and the similar parameters are selected to study the stress concentration width around the roadway.The distance between 5 m,10 m and 15 m was excavated to observe the stress cloud map and stress change curve,at the same time,the stress change curve of the Y direction and along the path along the path of the coal body in front of the work was analyzed,and the range of pressure relief area in front of the excavation work was 0~2 m,the stress concentration range was 2~20 m,the peak distance working face was 4~6 m,and the two side unloading pressure of the roadway was unloaded,the area is 0~2 m,the stress concentration range is 2~16 m,and the peak value is from the 4~5 m of the working face.Through the numerical simulation analysis of the stress concentration range of the coal roadway driving face,the conclusion can provide the theoretical basis for the length of the hole sealing and the depth of the bolt support in the two side of the roadway.
