水力割缝参数优化数值模拟研究

摘    要:利用FLAC3D软件建立水力割缝模型,针对某掘进工作面,选取其正前方12 m处截面为研究对象,在缝槽高度和深度不变的情况下,模拟了单缝槽、双缝槽和多缝槽3种不同宽度缝槽的割缝方案,得到了瓦斯抽采钻孔割缝前后煤体内部应力变化和竖直位移变化、垂直于割缝钻孔上方煤体的下沉量及塑性区破坏情况。结果表明:当缝槽宽度为2 000 mm时,割缝钻孔的卸压效果明显,煤体下沉量较大,钻孔周围塑性区破坏较大,钻孔的稳定性最好。

Abstract:With the aid of FLAC3D software,a model of hydraulic cutting seam was established,the cross section of 12 m at the front of a heading face was taken as the research object,and the slotting scheme under three different width slots,such as single slot,double slot and multi slot,was simulated.And the variation of internal stress and vertical displacement of coal before and after the seam slotted near gas extraction drilling,and the vertical displacement and plastic zone of coal body in a direction perpendicular to drilling,were obtained.The results showed that:when the width of slot is 2 000 mm,the pressure relief effect of borehole is obvious,the displacement of coal body is larger,the plastic zone around the borehole is damaged greatly,and the borehole is in the most stable state.
