压铸工艺设计与实践

摘    要:压铸件在批量生产过程中,为了保证产品质量的稳定,在压铸件设计前期,通过对压铸机的选型、模具造型分析、压铸工艺设计、以及辅助设备的选用等各个方面综合因素进行考虑;对可能会发生的铸件质量问题提前采取预防措施,优化了生产工艺。结果表明,压铸件符合客户需求,对生产制造企业能提升合格率,可降低生产成本。

Abstract:Die casting in the mass production process, in order to ensure the stability of product quality, in the early stage of die casting design, the selection of die casting machine, mold modeling analysis, die casting process design, as well as the selection of auxiliary equipment and other comprehensive factors were considered;Taken preventive measures in advance for casting quality problems, the production process was optimized. The results show that the die casting meets the requirements of customers, improves the pass rate and reduces the production cost.
