泥化软岩巷道全断面锚注加固技术研究

摘    要:针对动压泥化软岩巷道围岩软弱破碎、巷道变形量大、难支护等问题,以贵州某矿水平车场为工程背景,分析了动压作用下泥化软岩巷道变形破坏特征及影响因素,提出了全断面锚注加固支护技术。通过FLAC3D进行了数值模拟,对比分析了支护效果。在车场巷道进行了工程实践,现场试验表明:实行全断面锚注加固支护技术,有效降低了巷道两帮收缩量、顶底板移近量,避免了巷道的失稳破坏,减小巷道返修工作量。

Abstract:In order to overcome the problem of roadway broken weak,severe deformation and support difficulty in soft and mudding roadway under dynamical pressure impact,taking a coal mine in Guizhou as a project example,the deformation characteristics and influence factors of soft and mudding roadway under dynamical pressure impact were analyzed,and the supporting technology of full section anchorage reinforcement was put forward.By means of numerical simulation FLAC3D analyze the support effect.The engineering practice was carried out in the roadway of the yard,the field test showed that the technique of full section anchor reinforcement and support was implemented,which effectively reduced the shrinkage of the two groups of roadways and the proximity of the top floor,avoided the instability and destruction of the roadway,and reduced the work load of roadway restoration.
