高瓦斯长距离掘进工作面瓦斯涌出规律研究

摘    要:由于开采深度的增加,长治某矿3号煤层瓦斯含量逐渐增加,掘进工作面瓦斯涌出量较大,给局部通风带来了较大的困难。为了解瓦斯涌出规律,以3101掘进工作面为研究背景,采用现场测试、室内试验和数据分析相结合的方法,对3101掘进工作面的瓦斯涌出量进行了研究。研究结果认为:3101掘进工作面瓦斯主要来源于煤壁涌出的瓦斯和落煤涌出的瓦斯;煤壁的瓦斯涌出强度与煤壁的暴露时间呈现出双曲线的关系;掘进工作面长度对瓦斯涌出量有很大的影响,基本上呈线性趋势。

Abstract:Due to the increase of mining depth,the gas content in No.3 coal seam of a mine in Changzhi is gradually increasing,and the gas emission in heading face was large,which brings great difficulties to local ventilation.In order to understand the law of gas emission,taking 3101 heading face as the research background,the gas emission volume of 3101 heading face was studied by combining field test,indoor test and data analysis.The results showed that the main sources of gas in 3101 heading face were gas emitted from coal wall and gas emitted from falling coal;the relationship between gas emission intensity of coal wall and exposure time of coal wall was hyperbolic;the length of heading face has a great influence on gas emission,and basically showed a linear trend.
