传统热连轧机轧制1.0 mm薄规格带钢的实践

摘    要:介绍了河钢集团承钢公司1 780 mm传统热连轧生产线成功批量生产1.2 mm带钢的生产实践,基于此,通过对冶炼成分、加热温度、轧制力、轧制温度及卷取温度等因素的进一步优化和控制,批量轧制出1.0 mm薄规格带钢,带钢板形良好,性能均匀。

Abstract:The mass production practice of 1.2 mm thickness strip in 1 780 mm traditional strip production line of Chengsteel Company of HBIS Group was introduced.Based on it,1.0 mm ultra thin strip was produced with good shape and property by the further optimization measures for smelting composition,reheating temperature,rolling force,rolling temperature and coiling temperature.
