超薄带钢穿带技术改进

摘    要:针对某1 420 mm酸轧机组生产极薄带钢(最薄0.15 mm)时,出现轧机出口飞剪剪切后穿带带头与设备刮蹭而堆钢的问题,通过解决带钢与机械设备之间刮蹭问题、调整出口压缩空气吹扫方向和力度、控制板形和轧机出口设备前导率,使薄带钢穿带成功率由93%提高到100%,提高了生产效率。

Abstract:Aimed at the piece pilling up problem caused by scratching with device after the flying shear when 0.15 mm ultra thin strip rolled in a 1 420 mm pickling line tandem cold rolling mill,the causes were analyzed.By resolving the scratching with device after the flying shear,adjusting the air sweeping direction and intensity,controlling the strip shape and the speed leading rate of outlet device after mill,the strip threading success rate was increased from 93 percent to 100 percent.
