松软突出煤层合理钻杆研制及应用

松软突出煤层由于受煤和瓦斯赋存特征、高地应力、高瓦斯压力的综合作用，造成本煤层钻孔卡钻、塌孔现象经常发生，导致防突措施钻孔施工不到位，引起矿井采掘抽关系紧张，形成严重的安全生产隐患。在分析引起松软突出煤层钻进困难的原因之后，提出了合理的钻杆钻进排渣方法，并研制了新型高强三棱刻槽钻杆，在突出矿井本煤层孔钻进取得了良好的效果。

Research and application of rational rod for soft coal seam with outburst danger

Due to the combined effect of coal and gas occurrence，high ground stress and high gas pressure，the soft outburst coal seam causes the stuck holes and stuck holes in this coal seam to occur frequently，resulting in the imperfect drilling construction and preventing the excavation pumping tense relationship，the formation of serious safety problems.After analyzing the reason of the difficulty in drilling the soft and prominent coal seam，a reasonable method of drill pipe slagging was proposed and a new type of high-strength prismatic groove drill pipe was developed，the drilling of the coal seam with the prominent coal seam achieved good results.
