摘    要:通过对高强无间隙原子钢在不同残余元素含量条件下的磷化质量分析,发现随着As、Sn总含量的增加,磷化膜的外观颜色由灰白色变为灰黑色,同时磷化膜晶粒由粒状向棒状发展,磷化膜晶粒尺寸增加。结合扫描电子显微镜、化学法和光谱法的相关检测结果分析,高强无间隙原子钢的外观与磷化膜微观晶粒大小、形状相关,同时发现当w(As+Sn)≤0.0150%时,高强无间隙原子钢可获得较好的外观颜色及磷化晶粒组织。

Abstract:Through the analysis of the phosphate quality of high strength interstitial free steel under different residual element contents,it was found that with the increase of the total content of As and Sn,the appearance of the phosphate coating changed from gray to gray black,and at the same time the shape of phosphate coating grains changed from granular to rodlike,the grain size of the phosphate coating increased.Combining the analysis results of scanning electron microscopy,chemical and spectroscopic methods,the appearance of high strength interstitial free steels correlated with the size and shape of the phosphate coating grains.It was also found that when the total content of As and Sn is less than 0.0150%,high strength interstitial free steel had a better appearance and phosphatized grain structure.
