三软煤层半煤岩巷道复合顶板支护技术

摘    要:为阻止复合顶板离层下沉,采用数值模拟手段,确定了锚杆间排距均为900 mm的锚网索联合支护方案。通过现场工业实践可知:巷道顶底板最大移近量为176.2 mm,两帮最大移近量96.5 mm,两帮变形速率最大为2.7 mm/d,顶底板变形速率最大4.3 mm/d,顶板没有出现明显的离层,顶板表面没有出现大的裂隙,顶板的完整性较好。

Abstract:In order to prevent sinking of the composite roof abscission,the numerical simulation method was used which determine the supporting scheme of the combined bolting and cable support method,spacing of bolts of the supporting scheme was 900 mm.Through the industrial practice,we know that the tunnel roof and floor maximum was 176.2 mm,left and right sides of the roadway was 96.5 mm,the largest amount closer of the left and right sides was 2.7 mm/d,roof and floor deformation rate maximum was 4.3 mm/d,the obvious abscission layer roof and the big fissure of the roof did not appear,the integrity of the roof was good.
