摘    要:在热镀锌薄带钢的生产中,光整机的张力控制一般按钢级(高强钢、普钢、软钢)分为3档,不能为每个钢种都设置最佳的张力值,导致轧制过程中由于张力波动而引起停机或轧褶、断带事故的发生。基于张力控制的基本原理,结合光整机区域实际运行状态,研究了带钢屈服强度对光整机张力控制的影响,在张力模型中增加了屈服强度因子,有效地减少了张力波动过大造成轧制过程中的拉褶或断带事故。

Abstract:In the production of hot dip galvanized strip,the tension control of the SPM(skin pass mill)is generally divided into three grades according to steel grade (high strength steel,ordinary steel,mild steel),and it is not possible to set the optimal tension for each steel grade.It causes the shutdown or rolling fold,strip breakage accidents due to tension fluctuations during the rolling process.Based on the basic principle of tension control,combined with the actual operating state of the finishing machine area,the influence of the yield strength of the strip on the tension control of the SPM was studied.The yield strength factor was added in the tension model,which effectively reduces the rolling fold or strip breakage accidents during rolling due to excessive tension fluctuation.
