摘    要:将宽幅汽车板重卷技术和剖分技术融合,兼顾带钢重卷检查、分卷、切边、涂油、称重、打捆及剖分功能,设计了1条重卷剖分机组,重卷和剖分模式可自动切换。介绍了其主要技术参数、工艺流程及其设计特点。采用该项技术,节约了工厂建设用地和工程投资,减少了劳动定员和维护成本。

Abstract:The recoiling and splitting technique was mixed together on one line for wide automobile sheet,its function including recoiling,inspection,coil dividing,trimming,weighing,bundling and splitting.The recoiling mode and splitting mode could be switched automatically.The main technique parameters,processes and design characteristis were introduced.By using this technique,the space and investment for the plant were saved,and manpower and maintenance cost were decreased.
