底板巷注浆变形破坏特征的相似模拟研究

摘    要:随着能源需求的增加和开采深度的不断增加,浅部资源日渐枯竭,矿井已进入深部开采阶段,所面临的工程灾害也日益增多,尤其是瓦斯突出对矿井的高产高效的开采带来了巨大威胁,采用底板巷对工作面进行提前预抽瓦斯是瓦斯治理的一项主要措施。由于鹤煤公司三矿4101底板巷和4101运输巷相距10 m以内,底板巷受到多次扰动,4101底板巷变形严重,因此需要对底板巷进行全断面注浆,来控制底板巷的稳定。运用相似模拟试验的方法,分别观测底板巷注浆和未注浆下其上部轨道巷的变形破坏情况,通过从巷道围岩的位移变化规律和围岩裂隙演化规律等方面进行对比,结合相似模拟实验结果可以看出,底板巷注浆提高了其上部巷道围岩稳定性,并为同类地质条件底板巷注浆变形破坏特征相似模拟提供了一定的借鉴。

Abstract:With the increase of energy demand and mining depth,shallow resources are exhausted day by day,the mine has entered the deep mining stage,and the engineering disasters are also increasing day by day,especially,gas outburst has brought great threat to the high-yield and high-efficiency mining of the mine,pre-drainage of gas in working face by floor roadway is a main measure of gas control.Because the floor roadway 4101 in No.3 Coal Mine of Hebi Coal Industry Co.,Ltd. is less than 10 meters apart from the 41101 transport roadway,the floor roadway is disturbed many times,and the deformation of the 4101 floor roadway is serious,therefore,it is necessary to grout the floor roadway in full section to control the stability of the floor roadway. In this paper,the deformation and failure of upper track roadway under floor roadway grouting and without grouting are observed by using the method of similar simulation test,by comparing the displacement variation law of roadway surrounding rock and the evolution law of surrounding rock fissures,and combining with the similar simulation test results,it can be seen that the grouting of floor roadway improves the stability of surrounding rock of upper roadway and improves the same geological conditions,it provides some reference.
