受上下错位工作面采动影响的瓦斯抽排巷变形时空规律模拟研究

摘    要:为更直观地揭示一巷多用巷道受上下错位工作面开采影响而产生变形的时空规律,采用数值模拟和跟踪测试分析的方法,对17181(1)瓦斯集中抽排巷在巷道掘进期间,与其上下间距30~35 m,水平错位32~52 m的斜下方17181(1)工作面和斜上方17111(3)工作面回采期间3个时间段,进行了数值模拟研究和现场测试分析,对此类工程条件下巷道围岩在时间和空间的变形规律进行了系统总结,明确指出下错位工作面回采过程中覆岩内的应力集中与发散传递形成了应力拱,抽排巷周边应力分布及围岩变形均呈现出非对称性的特征;下错位工作面推进约1倍工作面宽度距离时,抽排巷围岩位移才基本稳定,是上部巷道维护的最佳时机;上错位工作面回采对瓦斯抽排巷的超前影响距离为100~200 m,滞后影响距离为170~200 m,抽排巷有整体下沉趋势。下错位工作面回采对抽排巷影响更为明显。

Abstract:In order to more reveal the time and space law of the deformation of the multi-purpose roadway affected by the upper and lower dislocated working face,the method of numerical simulation and tracking test analysis was used to compare the 17181(1) gas concentration drainage roadway during the roadway excavation.Numerical simulation and field test analysis were carried out for the time interval of 30~35 m,the horizontal offset of 32~52 m,the oblique 17171(1) working face and the oblique upper 17111(3) working face during the mining period.Under the engineering conditions,the deformation laws of the surrounding rock in the roadway were systematically summarized.It was pointed out that the stress concentration and divergence in the overlying strata during the mining process of the dislocated working face form the stress arch,the stress distribution around the drainage roadway and the surrounding rock deformation.All of them exhibit the characteristics of asymmetry;when the lower dislocation working surface advances about 1 times the width of the working face,the displacement of the surrounding rock of the drainage roadway was basically stable,which was the best time for the maintenance of the upper roadway;the upper dislocation working face was the best for gas drainage.The leading influence distance of the roadway was 100~200 m,the lag influence distance was 170~200 m,and the pumping and drainage roadway had an overall sinking trend.The influence of the lane is more obvious.
