CLOOS焊接机器人立焊多层多道焊接在液压支架上的应用

摘    要:在液压支架生产过程中,为了使焊接机器人在固定焊接平台上作业时一次性尽可能焊接更多焊缝,减少吊运更换活件次数,现从焊接形式上提高产品的机器人焊接覆盖率。以手工气体保护焊立向上焊接的方法和参数为基础,根据CLOOS焊接机器人的特性,通过调整焊接程序和参数,实现机器人立焊缝的多层多道焊接。机器人对立焊缝进行焊接,就不需要人工再将活件吊侧立进行焊接,减少了加工工序,同时也减少了手工焊的危险性。这种焊接形式推广使用后,可以在不使用变位机的情况下,一次对更多焊缝进行焊接,增加了机器人焊接覆盖率,减少了吊活换活的次数,节约了时间成本。

Abstract:In the production of hydraulic support,in order to make the Welding Robot weld as many welds as possible and to reduce the number of lifting and replacing parts,we will now improve the welding coverage by the form of welding.Based on the method and parameters of vertical welding with artificial dioxide gas shield welding,according to the characteristics of CLOOS welding robot,the multi-layer and multi-pass welding of robot vertical welding were realized by adjusting the welding program and parameters.When robots welded vertical welds,there was no need for manual welding of the side stand parts,which reduced a processing procedure and reduced the danger of manual welding.After this welding form was popularized and used,more welds can be welded at a time without the use of positioner,which increased the coverage of robot,reduced the number of hoisting and saved the time cost.
