保德煤矿81305综放工作面煤的自燃特性及防治技术研究

摘    要:为了解和掌握保德煤矿8号煤层自然发火规律,以81305综放工作面为研究对象,进行煤样升温氧化实验,得出8号煤层自燃指标性气体为CO、C2H4。通过现场实测采空区气体变化规律结合数值模拟,得出81305工作面采空区自燃氧化带的范围为:进风侧200~350 m;工作面中部220~400 m;回风侧100~220 m。计算出预防采空区自燃的工作面最安全的推进速度为61.71 m/月。并提出了保德煤矿8号煤层不同开采时期采空区自然发火防治措施。

Abstract:In order to understand and grasp the spontaneous combustion law of No.8 coal seam in Baode Coal Mine,taking 81305 fully mechanized top coal caving face as the research object,the temperature-rising oxidation experiment of coal samples was carried out,and it was concluded that CO and C2H4 were the index gases of spontaneous combustion in No.8 coal seam.Through on-site measurement and numerical simulation,the range of spontaneous combustion oxidation zone in goaf of 81305 working face were obtained as follows:intake side 200~350 m;central part 220~400 m;return side 100~220 m.The most safe advancing speed of the working face to prevent spontaneous combustion in goaf was calculated to be 61.71 m/month.The prevention and control measures of spontaneous combustion in goaf of No.8 coal seam in Baode Coal Mine in different mining periods were put forward.
