| Abstract: | With the development of the times，the integration of the two processes has become an important trend of industrialization and informatization development in China.As an enterprise，how to choose between the times is the key to win in the fierce market competition.In this paper，the relevant factors of enterprise innovation and development were analyzed under the background of integration of two industries，and the theoretical framework of enterprise management innovation is constructed from the perspective of enterprise value chain. |
