| 摘 要： | 针对热轧酸洗高强钢酸洗机组出口卸卷过程中频繁发生松卷的问题,逐一从生产流程的剪切、甩尾、钢卷小车接卷、送卷等工序分析松卷原因,并通过机械设备调整、电气控制功能优化等手段进行改进,经过近一年的生产应用,厚规格、高强钢松卷发生率由原来的90%降至目前的10%左右。

| Abstract: | Aimed at the coil loosing problem of hot rolled high strength steel strip in the pickling line discharging process,the causes were analyzed for different procedure of shearing,tail flicking,coil car reception and coil delivering.The improving methods of device adjustment and controlling program were put into practice for one year,and the coil loosing incidence rate was reduced from 90 percent to 10 percent. |
