赵庄二号井回采巷道锚网索支护参数优化研究

摘    要:针对煤矿井下巷道锚网索支护参数选取随意性和盲目性导致巷道支护强度过低或过强问题。以赵庄二号井矿2305工作面回风巷道为工程背景,通过理论计算初步确定回风巷道锚网索支护参数,在此基础上设计锚杆的长度、间排距和锚索密度3种巷道支护参数优化方案,采用FLAC3D数值模拟软件对锚杆不同长度、间排距和不同密度锚索下巷道围岩应力和巷道表面变形监测进行分析对比,确定最合理的方案。研究结果表明:随着锚杆长度由1.5 m增大至2.5 m过程中,巷道变形量逐渐减小,长度在大于2.5 m之后巷道变形量较小且无明显变化;随着锚杆间排距逐渐增大,锚杆之间产生有效应力区重叠部分逐渐减小直至分离,巷道变形量也逐渐增大;随着锚索密度增大,锚索在巷道顶板有效压应力影响范围越大,巷道变形量逐渐减小。在满足工程支护强度下,考虑经济成本、施工速度等因素最终确定锚杆长度2.5 m、间排距1 000 mm×1 000 mm,锚索每排2根最合适。

Abstract:According to the random and blind selection of support parameters of roadway anchor cable in coal mine underground,the strength of roadway support is too low or too strong.Based on the background of Zhaozhuang No.2 Well Mine 2305 working face wind back tunnel,the support parameters of anchor network cable in the wind back tunnel are initially determined through theoretical calculation,on this basis,the length of anchor rod,the distance between rows and the density of anchor cable are designed to optimize the support parameters of the roadway,FLAC3D numerical simulation software was used to analyze and compare the rock stress and deformation monitoring of roadway under different length,distance and density of anchor cable,and to determine the most reasonable scheme.The results show that:with the increase of bolt length from 1.5 m to 2.5 m,the deformation of roadway decreases gradually,and after the length is more than 2.5 m,the deformation of roadway is smaller and has no obvious change;with the increase of row spacing between bolts,the overlap part of effective stress zone between bolts decreases gradually until separation,and the deformation of roadway decreases gradually.Deformation also increases gradually;with the increase of anchor cable density,the influence range of effective compressive stress of anchor cable on roadway roof is larger and the deformation of roadway decreases gradually.In order to meet the strength of engineering support,the length of the anchor rod is 2.5 m and the distance between rows is 1 000 mm×1 000 mm and two anchor cables per row are the most suitable,taking into account economic costs,construction speed,etc.
