煤与瓦斯突出矿井防突反向风门自动闭锁防逆风装置设计

摘    要:为保证煤与瓦斯突出矿井采掘进工作面作业安全,防止突出事故后发生大范围伤害事故,在突出煤层进风侧应设置至少2道牢固可靠的防突反向风门,以防止突出物、突出冲击气流流动到进风侧和控制突出时的瓦斯沿回风道进入专用回风巷,需要简单、稳定、可靠的反向风门防逆风装置。现在调节风窗下部安装锯齿状卡尺,通过调节锯齿角度,调整调节风窗板与锯齿卡尺摩擦阻力,当突出事故发生时突出冲击波和突出气流冲击防逆风风窗板时冲击压力大于调节风窗板与锯齿状卡尺的摩擦阻力时,防逆风风窗板克服摩擦阻力,实现防逆风装置的自动闭锁,确保了矿井安全、高效生产。

Abstract:In order to ensure the coal mining in working face of coal and gas outburst on safety,prevent outstanding widespread damage in the aftermath of the accident,accident in coal seams in the wind side should be set at least 2 solid reliable outburst prevention backward air door,in order to prevent the protrusions,prominent impact air flow to the intake side and control of gas along the return air duct into the special return air lane,need a simple,stable and reliable reverse air door protection against the wind.Now the sawtooth caliper is installed at the lower part of the windshield,by adjusting the sawtooth angle,the friction resistance between the windshield and the sawtooth caliper is adjusted.When the outburst accident occurs,the shock wave and the outburst air impact the windshield,the impact pressure is greater than the friction resistance between the windshield plate and the sawtooth caliper.To overcome friction resistance and realize automatic blocking of anti-headwind device ensures safe and efficient production of mine.
