巷道注浆支护浆液渗透扩散规律研究

摘    要:为了研究某煤矿注浆的渗透扩散规律,对岩体裂隙特征进行了分析,然后对岩体裂隙渗透注浆进行了假设,并根据煤矿的现场具体工程概况,建立了单裂隙模拟渗透注浆扩散系统,研究了不同水灰比浆液扩散距离与时间关系。研究得出,浆液黏度与浆液扩散距离呈反比;随着裂隙张开度的增大,浆液扩散半径也越来越小,此时浆液扩散半径与裂隙张开度表现为正比关系;浆液扩散距离与注浆压力呈正比。研究为煤矿巷道的注浆支护提供了一定的理论基础。

Abstract:In order to study the law of seepage and diffusion of grouting in a coal mine,the characteristics of rock fracture are analyzed,and the grouting for rock seepage is assumed,based on the actual engineering situation of the coal mine,a single fracture simulation grouting diffusion system is established,and the relationship between the diffusing distance and the time of different water cement ratio is studied.It is found that the viscosity of the slurry is inversely proportional to the diffusion distance of the slurry.With the increase of the fracture opening,the radius of the slurry diffusion becomes smaller and smaller,at this time,the diffusion radius of the slurry is proportional to the fracture opening;the diffusion distance of the slurry is directly proportional to the grouting pressure.The research provides a theoretical basis for grouting support of coal mine roadway.
