三软煤层沿底托顶煤巷道数值模拟研究

摘    要:三软煤层巷道支护困难严重影响了矿井的安全高效生产。运用数值模拟方法对三软厚煤层沿底托顶煤支护技术进行了分析研究。根据平禹一矿三软煤层巷道的地质条件,分析了三软煤层巷道变形的破坏特征和影响因素,并根据该矿二1-13110工作面地质条件,运用FLAC3D数值模拟软件分析了不同支护结构下巷道的位移量、主应力和围岩塑性区的变化规律。数值模拟结果表明:巷道在主被动协同支护的条件下,支护结构能充分发挥协同作用,支护效果改善明显。

Abstract:It is very difficult to support effectively in soft roof-floor seam.It affects heavily safety production in coal mines.Numerical simulation was used to research support technology of supporting top coal along floor in thick soft roof-floor coal seam.According to the geological condition of the 1st coal mine of Pingyu,the deformation and failure characteristics and the influencing factors of soft roof-floor coal seam roadway were analyzed.According to the geological conditions of theⅡ1-13110 working face,the FLAC3D numerical simulation software was used to analyze the changing regularities of the displacement of roadway,the principal stress and the plastic zone of surrounding rock under the different supporting structures.The numerical simulation results showed that the roadway under the condition of the synergetic initiative and passive support the supporting effect was obvious,with the supporting structure full play to the synergy.
