装载机变速箱箱体消失模铸造工艺设计

摘    要:为实现绿色环保铸造,根据某装载机的变速箱箱体结构特点及企业的现有生产条件,设计了装载机变速箱箱体的消失模工艺及生产流程。生产表明,可采用发泡模具分片成形并粘结、烘干、倾斜浇注,且控制浇注温度为1 470±5℃,浇注负压为0.05 MPa,停负压时间为3 min,可获得尺寸精度高、表面无飞边毛刺、无铸造缺陷的铸件。

Abstract:In order to realize green foundry, according to the structural characteristics of the gearbox of the loader and the existing production conditions of the enterprise, the expendable casting process(EPC) and production flow of the gearbox of the loader were designed. The production shows that the foaming mould can be used for sheet forming, bonding, drying and pouring in an inclined way. Control of pouring temperature is 1 470 ±5 ℃, pouring negative pressure is 0.05 MPa,negative pressure time is 3 min, it can be obtained with high dimensional accuracy, surface without flash burr, no casting defects of castings.
