摘    要:介绍了糟白烧酒的特点,用黄酒糟生产糟白烧酒"调香酒液"的工艺流程、制作方法及在生产糟白烧酒时对香糟醅制作时间、尾酒度数、成品酒度等工艺指标的具体控制方法和参数。

Abstract:the characters of Zaobai liqour,the process and production method of perfumery liquor for Zaobai liquor by fermented grains of yellowrice wine,as well as the specific control methods and parameters of the technological indexes such as the time for fragrant fermented grain making,alcohol degree of finished product,etc.were introduced.
