摘    要:当今经理选拔机制在现代公司制度中的重要性越来越突出。在综合分析经理选拔模糊性的基础上,提出了基于多目标模糊优选的经理选拔模型,并通过该模型对具体的多个模糊决策目标的经理选拔问题进行了应用分析。

Abstract:Today, manager selection mechanism becomes more and more important in modern corporate institution. In this paper, the manager selection mechanism is discussed and put forward the manager selection model based on multi-objective fuzzy analysis. This model can be used on manager selection optimization based on multi-objective fuzzy decision. Finally an application example is given out to show that the manager selection mechanism based on multi-objective fuzzy optimization analysis is useful.
