摘    要:采用非均相成核法对BaAl12O19:Mn2+绿粉进行Al2O3表面包覆研究,当pH=5.0,包覆剂用量为1.0%~1.5%时,制备得到了包覆层连续均匀的γ-Al2O3包覆型BaAl12O19:Mn2+包覆型荧光粉。热劣化结果表明,BaAl12O19:Mn2+绿粉经Al2O3包膜处理后,抗热劣化性能得到了明显改善。

Abstract:The BaAl12O19 :Mn2+ green phosphor was encapsulated with heterogeneous nucleation process.A uniform continuous γ-Al2O3 coating film was obtained upon the surface of BaAl12O19 :Mn2+ green phosphor when pH was 5.0 and coating quantity was 1.0%~1.5%.The thermal degradation results indicated that the γ-Al2O3 coating film obviously enhanced the anti-thermal degradation property.
